Setup Basic Company Details
This tutorial will explain how to set-up your basic company details and also default some fields to avoid re-work while managing your client and job lists..
1. Enter in your company related information
2. Enter in your payment details to appear on your invoice
3. Upload your company logo- Browse to a location on your computer where the logo is located.
Finally, hit Save
1. Set default country
2. Set default state
3. All emails sent from address
4. Set suburb TEXT (Ie County etc)
5. Set postcode TEXT (Ie Zip Code)
6. Set Tax Number TEXT
7. Tick check box to Display your Logo on all Invoices
8. Tick check box to Enable the display of credit card details on remittance advice
9. Tick check box to show additional job information on invoices
Also, note that the State and Country field that you put in here would be default and auto-selected when you enter a new client or a new job.. This saves some re-work especially if your target clients are based locally..
