Creating and Using Customer types in Connect2Field
Customer Types is an easy way to filter your customers for reporting or marketing strategies.
To do this in Connect2Field is very easy.
Firstly, login to Connect2Field and select a Customer
When viewing a client you can see the customer type here
You can select one by clicking on it. To select multiple you click and use the shift or control keys on your keyboard
Searching for a Specific Customer Type
When in the Client List Section you can search for a list of client types
1. Select the client type you are wanting to find
2. Here you can adjust the number of records we will show on the first screen
In this menu you can either create a completely new customer type, or edit one of the existing.
Let us add a new customer type.. Hit Add..
