How to use Connect2Field's Messaging System
Connect2Field has a built in messaging system, which can be used to communicate between your Administrators and Field Workers
The messaging system is accessed through the New Message Button on the top right of Connect2Field
In our Message System you can,
1. Filter by dates
2. Change between inbox and Sent Items
3. Send new messages
Sending a New Message
Select your Field Worker, or if you would like to select more then one hold down the ctrl or shift key to select multiple.
Enter Subject and message. If you would like to send an SMS to the Field Workers also, select Via SMS.
Click Send
Connect2Field will automatically take you to your outbox items for review
You Field Workers will receive the message on there mobile device as seen above
Select Message System, and click on the Date to proceed.
The message will be displayed as below
Your Field Worker can now Reply
Enter in the message you would like to return and click send
Click on View in your inbox
Message details will now be displayed
