How to setup your Field Workers to receive Outlook Calendar Appointments
This tutorial will explain how to configure your Field Workers to receive calendar appointments via email when jobs have been dispatched.
Select Options, Users, Manage Users from our main menu
Click view to edit your Field Workers details. If this is your first Field Worker, click add new user.

Change the Alert By to E-Mail.
Then select Receive Calendar Event check box.
(On some devices like Blackberry, the calendar appointment does'nt work, hence can be disabled from here)
Click Save for the changes to take effect
When you dispatch a job your Field Worker they will receive and email with brief description and calendar appointment attached.
