How to Archive Completed Jobs
The following tutorial will show you how to Archive your Completed Jobs in Connect2Field.
As you enter more and more jobs in the system it becomes necessary to clean the Job Central of the completed jobs.. A basic housekeeping feature but adds to make your job area tidy!
From your Dashboard, choose Job Central
Here you see all your jobs with their current Status..
For this example we have chosen to Archive the top 5 jobs above.. Notice the (check mark) icon next to the job id.. It suggests that the job has been completed.
Select the completed jobs from the list.. Finally Click 'Archived Job'..
This takes the jobs off the screen and Archives them..
To view your Archived jobs, Click the Search button as above
Check Archived Only box
Hit Search
Job Central now shows jobs which have been Archived..
