Jobs Per Field Worker
This tutorial will show how to compile and print the Jobs Per Field Worker Report..
This report is very useful as it gives detailed job descriptions(Job Start and End Times, Products etc), sorted by Field worker..
From your Dashboard Choose:
Options -> Reports
Choose Jobs Per Field Worker Report within the Job Reports Sections
Here you choose the Field Worker and the Date Range for the report.. To view all the field workers jobs choose All..
For our example we choose Field Worker: Nick Cole, Date Range: Apr(1-15)
*Notice the nos in brackets next to the field worker name.. These specify the no of active jobs for that particular field worker..
Hit Search
1) Shows the Job Code as header.. Clicking on the Job Code would open the Job Card
2) Shows Products attached to the job
3) Status of the jobs (In our example we have 2 Completed and 1 Active Jobs)
4) The Start and End Date/Time for the jobs
5) The Total duration the field worker has been on the job
6) Total no of jobs for the Field worker
