How to Un-Archive Jobs

The previous tutorial explained how to Archive Jobs off the Job Central..

This tutorial will show how to un-archive jobs back to Job Central..

From Dashboard choose:
1) Job Central
2) Click Search to enlarge Search box
3) Click Archived Only
4) Click Search

This displays the list of currently archived jobs within the system..

Select the Job which you wish to un-archive and click View..
This brings up the Job Card as below:

From within the Save Menu, choose 'Save & Unarchive'

This moves the job to the Job Central.. Let us check it out..

As above, the job is now moved in Job Central..

The Connect2Field Archive/Un-Archive functionality helps to keep your Job Central clean, as the no of jobs increase with time..
