Jobs Per Client

From your Dashboard, Choose:
1) Reports
2) Jobs Per Client or Jobs Per Client export

In the Jobs Per Client Report, you can filter by Client name and Dates..

For our example, we have choosen, the job report for Shelton Hotels for the month of April 2011.. Hit Search..

This report gives extensive details of the job done for the Client..

Notice the product details are included and the total amount for the job is displayed.. You can also make changes to the products from here by modifying the Quantity field & clicking Update..

If you would like to view or modify the job details click on the Job Code.. That brings up the Job Sheet..

You could also choose to Print the report from here..

Let us now view the Jobs Per Client Export Report..

This report is similar to the earlier report, with an addition of choosing to filter it by the Clients Sites..

The report looks as below:

1) The jobs for Site "Sydney-Shelton" is displayed first, followed by the other jobs at the main location..

To view the Job Sheet, click the Job Code..

To export the file click 'Download Pdf'

Notice the total fields.. These calculate total per job and finally the Total value of all jobs..
