Connect2Field - KashFlow Integration

Connect2Field and KashFlow can take away the hassle of double handling between your job management application and accounting package.

From Connect2Field you can transfer 1) Clients 2) Invoices to KashFlow

To configure this connection, follow the instruction below.

From your Dashboard, choose:
Options->Integrations

From within Integrations, choose KashFlow..

We would first need to configure KashFlow to sync with Connect2Field..
Hit Configure

You will be redirected to KashFlow website to login.. www.kashflow.com

Enter your KashFlow login credentials..

Once logged in, click 'Settings' in the KashFlow account..

From within Settings, choose:
External Services->API Settings

Ensure, 'Enable the API for my KashFlow account' & 'Enable Remote Login' options are checked.. Hit Update..

Back to your Connect2Field account..

Enter your KashFlow 'username' & 'password' and hit Save

Next, hit 'Connect' button.. You will be directed to the next page..

The sync between Connect2Field and KashFlow has been initiated..

You will receive an email once sync is complete..

After you get the sync complete email, login to you kashFlow account..

Under the Customer tab, you can see all the clients have been transferred from Connect2Field to KashFlow..

Click on a client to view details..

Here you can see all the Contact Details for this client 'Hotel GraceVille'

Hit 'Invoices, Quotes & Stats' to view the invoices for this client..

There is 1 invoice towards this client.. Hit the invoice row and it brings up the service details as below:

In the Invoice details page, you can see the products attached to the service job with their respective charges..
From this page you could choose to accept payments..

Alternatively, you could navigate directly to Invoices for a client via the 'Sales' tab in the KashFlow menu..
