How to Email Invoices to Clients while in the Field
This tutorial will explain how to send invoices from the Field Worker WebApp while in the Field..
To enable this feature for your field staff, we need to set permission from within the Admin Account..
Login to your Admin Connect2Field account..
From the Dashboard, choose:
Options->FieldWorker WebApp Configuration->FieldWorker WebApp Configuration
The field "Do you want to enable receipt payment in FieldWorker WebApp?' needs to be checked..
Hit Save when done..
Let us now login to a FieldWorker account via the WebApp..
The above shows a job which has been accepted by the Field Worker..
Scroll to the bottom of the page..
The link 'Receive Payment' appears as one of the options.. This is visible because we allowed it from the Admin, as explained above..
Click on the 'Receive Payment' link (In real-time you would do 'Receive Payment' when the initial steps have been done, viz., Start Job, Add Products, answer any start questions etc)
Once you click on Email Invoice on this page, the box appears with the default email for this client, set up in Admin..
You could either send it to the default email, or if needed, change the email address to a different one.. This could even be used to send invoices to multiple id's..
Hit Send button next to the box, to send the invoice.. It goes in the format of a .pdf attachment..
