How to End/Cancel Jobs from Recurring
There are times when you would like to cancel any jobs from recurring, say for example, the jobs were canceled or they are to be scheduled at a different frequency.. Let us see how this is done in Connect2Field..
Open the Master Job for the recurring jobs.. Select Recurring tab..
As you can see above, the job is scheduled to recur every Tuesday.. To cancel the recurrence follow the steps below:
Choose the End on date as today..
This would cancel any jobs that are scheduled to be created for the future..
However, there might be child recurring jobs already in your job central.. You will have to manually delete those to take them off your job central page..
Now, to change the recurrence pattern of a recurring job you have already started do this:
1) Follow the same steps above and cancel jobs from recurring
2) Delete any unnecessary jobs off the Job Central Page
3) Create a new recurring job with the required frequency
