How to Export Jobs from Connect2Field

From your Dashboard, Choose:
Options->Data Management -> Export Jobs

You are prompted to select the Date Range for which you would like the job export..

After selecting the Dates, hit Export File and you are prompted to Save the file on your local machine.. Hit Ok..

To Export Clients, follow these steps:
From your Dashboard, Choose:
Options -> Data Management -> Export Client

You are prompted to Save the file to you local machine.. Hit Ok..

The Export functionality allows you to back up your data, if you ever concerned about data loss, or would like to do further research on it.. Nevertheless, your data is stored on secure Microsoft Windows Azure Servers which are replicated across multiple locations in real-time to ensure 24/7 reliability of our software.
