Configure Job Card to Display Images, Start/Finish Questions & Custom Fields

If you would like to print images attached to a job, this setting needs to be enabled..
1) Options
2) Job Configuration
3) Job Sheet Configuration

This page allows you to select while fields you would like to be displayed on the job print/preview and email..
You could choose Standard fields, Custom fields, Job Start & Job Finish Questions..

To be able to print images, we need to select the check box "Do you want to display image on job card print"

Let us now see how documents are attached to a job and how they appear in print/preview..

Above, we have added a new job and chosen to add more details to the job from the Save menu at the bottom..
Click on Documents tab on the job card menu..

Click on Upload and choose a image file from your PC.. The file is uploaded to the job as above..

We created a Roof Leak job and have attached a file showing the exact location of the Roof Leak.. This comes in very handy to the field worker and saves their time..

To Preview, Print PDF or to Email a job card, simply click on the Print menu above.. We have chosen Preview for this example..
Choosing to email would send an email to the client with the job card attached in a pdf format..

In the print mode, the job card has the attached image displayed at the bottom..

Above shows a preview of the Job Card, if we had selected and checked the Custom Fields, Job Start/Finish Questions in the Job Sheet Configuration page above..

As is apparent, this feature is very handy for your field staff and saves them time.. Of course different businesses would use it differently, but better field management, and empowering your field workers with enough details about a service job is a challenge area for all service businesses alike..
