Reallocate Job to a different Field Worker while in the Field

From your Dashboard, choose:
Options -> FieldWorker WebApp Configuration-> Field Worker WebApp Configuration

We first need to enable this from the Admin, to allow your field workers to be able to reallocate jobs.

Select/Check the field "Do you want to enable Reallocate user in FieldWorker WebApp?"

Next, let us see how this is done from the mobile side..
Login to your mobile device at http://go.connect2field.com/Fieldworker/

The Field Worker selects the job and chooses to Accept it..

The above shows the job details page after the job has been accepted..
Scroll the the bottom of the page..

Above there is a link 'Reallocate'. Click on this to reallocate the job to a different Field Worker..

A new field worker can be selected from the drop down list (For this example we selected 'Ethan White' )
Hit 'Reallocate' button.

This removes the job from the current field workers login and moves it to the new field workers account. Your Admin is updated accordingly..
