Create & Dispatch New Quotes
This tutorial will explain how to Add new Quotes to your account
From the Main Menu, choose:
Quotes -> Add Quote
- Choose the Client name from the drop-down and the address in the following fields get auto populated
- Choose the Quote template from the list. To create new, hit 'Add Quote' (shown below)
- The description field is auto populated based on notes in the Quote Template
- Enter notes
- Choose the Client's site, if any
- Choose the Contact Person for the client
- Choose the Appointment Time, if any
- Assign to a Field Worker
- Status is 'New' by default. Once it is approved, you can change it to 'Approved'
10. You can also attach products/services to the Quotes (explained later)
11. Email / Print / Preview the Quote Card
Above, you can see how to add a product to the quote..
Below is the newly created quote in your 'Quotes' Page..
Above shows your new quote added..
You can search and sort your quotes from the main quote page..
Hit 'View' to open the Quote
Adding Comments to Quotes
- From the 'Comments' tab choose
- Add Comments
A new comment box opens as below:
All comments are saved in the 'Comments' tab under the quote..
You can also attach documents to the quote, as shown below..
Attach Documents to a Quote
Click the Document tab
Choose Upload and select a file from your computer..
The newly attached documents is seen..
Print / Preview / Email Quote
From within the 'Quote Card', you can choose to 'Print' or 'Email' the quote as shown above..
Above shows the Preview of a quote..
