How to Instantly Create New Jobs from Quotes

From the Main Menu, choose:

1. Quotes
2. Select the quote from which you want to create the job
3. Hit 'Create Job'

A message is displayed as a conformation which has the new Job Code..

Go to Job Central from main menu..

In the job central you can see our newly created job.. This new job is not dispatched by default..
To edit the contents, assign a field worker, put comments etc, hit 'View' after selecting the new job.. in our example 10096

The job card is displayed as above:

1. Shows the client details are auto populated from the Quote
2. Fill in the 'Service Details' like the 'Job Type' & 'Priority'
3. Fill in the 'Appointment Details' by choosing a good time, field worker
4. Choose 'Dispatched' from the 'Job Status' box.. This actually dispatches the job the your field techs mobile device.. You could also choose to alert your client about the new job by selecting 'Send Email to Client'
5. Finally, hit 'Save' button to close or 'Save & Add Job Details' to attach products or services to the job..

If there were any documents attached to your Quote, they would show up under the 'Documents' tab in the job card.. See below..
