How to Delete Clients & Jobs
This tutorial will show how to delete clients and jobs from your admin account
From the main menu, choose:
1) Clients
2) To the extreme right of a client name, there is a column with a delete box.. This box is shown only if there are no jobs associated with a client.. Select this box and hit Delete to remove the client from the system
The delete option is not available for clients for which there are existing jobs in the system, for example from above 'Anzac Overseas' does not show the delete box.. To remove such clients, first the jobs for them need to be deleted..
Choose, Job Central, from the main menu..
The job central area shows all the jobs for your clients.. We are interested in deleting jobs for 'Anzac Overseas'
1) Filter the job area by typing the client name
2) Hit Search button
3) Select the jobs you wish to delete
4) Hit the delete button
The jobs for 'Anzac Overseas' have now been removed from the system..
Please Note: Please delete jobs and clients if you are 100% sure you do not need them anymore as this is non-recoverable.. If you would just like to remove the jobs off the job central page and not delete them, use the 'Archive Job functionality' instead.
Back to Clients page..
As you can see above, the delete box is now enabled for 'Anzac Overseas'
Select the box and hit delete button.. The client is removed from your system..
