Not Recieving SMS Notifications
This tutorial will show you how to setup your fieldworkers to recieve SMS notifications when jobs are dispatched to them. It is important to setup your fieldworkers telephone number in the international format.

Select the field worker to recieve SMS notifications
Adding Mobile Telephone Number - International Format
1) Ensure that the mobile telephone number is in International format (without the plus sign)
Note: To list a mobile telephone number in the international format , remove the first "0" and add the county code to the front of the number.
Bellow are the international country codes
2) Also ensure that your fieldworker is setup to recieve SMS notifications.
