Creating New Appointments & New Jobs in Scheduler
This tutorial will explain how to create New Appointments & New Jobs in Scheduler
Create New Appointment
From the main menu,
1) Hit Scheduler
2) Right Click anywhere on the Scheduler and choose 'Create Appointment;
Drag (Left mouse button) across the time line of the field worker to whom you wish to set the Appointment.
A date/time box slider shows you the current date/time selected..
Once you release your mouse button, the screen to add appointment details appears as below:
The Field Worker name and the Start/Finish Date times are auto-populated from the drag you did previously..
You could even change the details here..
Add some notes to the appointment and hit 'Create Appointment'
An appointment gets created as in the above screen..
Please Note: Appointments are not seen in Job Central
Creating a New Job on Scheduler
Right Click anywhere on the scheduler and choose 'Create New Job'
Drag (Left mouse button) across the time line for the field worker whom you wish to assign the job..
A pop up appears as you drag to show the time frame selected..
When time is set, release your mouse button, and a add new job window opens as seen below..
The new job window is similar to the add job window from job central..
Fill in your client details, service details, appointment date/time (filled automatically from your choice in scheduler) and hit Save when done..
A new job gets created..
Please Note: Jobs created in Scheduler are seen in Job Central, just like any other job,,
